CORCOVADO NATIONAL PARK

Osa Peninsula - Costa Rica

Located in south western region of Costa Rica, the Corcovado National Park is the "Crown Jewel"

of Costa Rica's national park system. The park is home to the endangered Baird's Tapir and Harpy Eagle. 

The parks rivers and lagoons have both the American crocodile and Spectacled caiman. One of the last places on earth to see the rare majestic Jaguar, and other amazing big cats such as the Ocelot, Morgay, Jaguarrundi, and both tan & black Puma's. Corcovado National Park hosts 2.5 percent of the worlds biodiversity 

in just 164 square miles.
